Orchard Excavator

This orchard excavator is a compact self-propelled digging machine specially customized for fruit grove management and small rural construction works. Without relying on large tractors, this walk-behind orchard excavator adopts independent diesel power with electric one-touch startup, which only needs one operator to complete all trenching work through flexible hand control rods. As a practical mini orchard ditching machine, its slim body can freely shuttle through narrow rows of fruit trees without scratching branches or damaging shallow root systems. Equipped with alloy chain cutting assemblies and side spiral soil discharge blades, it can dig neat vertical narrow trenches in loam, sandy soil and mild hard clay. This orchard excavator also serves as a professional orchard drainage trencher to build drainage channels for rainy season waterlogging prevention, covering multiple farm jobs such as deep fertilization furrows, greenhouse slotting and residential cable burial.

The whole frame of the machine is made of thickened high-strength carbon steel plates, processed by laser cutting and full penetration seamless welding to avoid bending deformation under long-term heavy digging loads. The core digging chain adopts wear-resistant manganese steel, matched with individually replaceable solid alloy steel cutting teeth that resist friction and impact from soil and small gravel. The internal transmission part uses a fully sealed cast steel gearbox with dust and waterproof performance, effectively blocking mud and plant debris intrusion during continuous field work. All connecting fasteners are galvanized bolts to prevent rust after long-term exposure to damp orchard soil. The auxiliary spiral soil throwing blades are integrally stamped, which can evenly disperse excavated soil on both sides of the trench and prevent backfilling on sloped orchard land.
