1. Connect the power supply and check that the rotation direction is correct.
2. When changing blades, ensure the blade edge extends 2-4mm beyond the cutter disc surface, then tighten the bolts. If the threads of the pressure bolts are worn, replace them immediately to prevent damage to the cutter disc nut.
3. When changing the blade extension, ensure the blade extension length is consistent.
4. If adjusting the blade length does not achieve the desired particle size, change to a sieve with a different aperture.
5. Do not feed wood containing stones or nails into the machine, as this may damage the blades and internal components.
6. Carefully check the hammer bolts. If loose, tighten them immediately. Replace hammers and bolts if they are severely worn.
