4. The main shredder chamber uses type 7 blades, type 1 blades, and centrifugal blades for coarse shredding, fine shredding, and centrifugal re-shredding. A motor drives the shredder rotor to rotate at high speed, generating a high-speed airflow that produces high-intensity impact, compression, cutting, and friction forces on the material, achieving a unique shredding function.
5. During the three-stage cutting and pulverizing process, the rotor generates a high-speed airflow that rotates in the same direction as the blades. The material is accelerated in the airflow and repeatedly impacted, cut, and rubbed, undergoing three pulverizing actions simultaneously. The pulverized material enters the analyzer for analysis with the airflow. Because it is subjected to both the centrifugal force of the analyzer rotor and the centripetal force of the airflow, when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, fine particles are carried by the airflow into the powder collector for collection, while coarse particles enter the centrifugal re-pulverizing chamber for further pulverization until the desired fineness is achieved.
